3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Web3 wallet
  • Keep your private keys and seed phrases secure
  • Do not share your wallet credentials with others
  • Report any unauthorized access immediately

3.2 Acceptable Use

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Do not attempt to manipulate or game our scoring algorithms
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Do not engage in fraudulent activities

3.3 Twitter Account Requirements

  • You must own or have authorization to use the Twitter account you connect
  • Ensure your Twitter account complies with Twitter's Terms of Service

4. Web3 and Blockchain Terms

4.1 Smart Contracts

  • NFT minting involves blockchain transactions that cannot be reversed
  • You are responsible for understanding smart contract functionality
  • Gas fees and transaction costs are your responsibility
  • We do not control blockchain networks or their performance

4.2 NFTs and Digital Assets

  • NFTs represent ownership of unique digital tokens
  • We do not guarantee the value or future marketability of NFTs
  • You retain ownership of NFTs minted through our platform
  • Metadata and images may be stored on our servers or IPFS

4.3 Network Risks

  • Blockchain networks may experience downtime or congestion
  • Transaction fees may vary based on network conditions
  • We are not responsible for blockchain network issues
  • Failed transactions may still incur gas costs

5. Fees and Payments

  • Current NFT minting may require only gas fees
  • We reserve the right to implement service fees in the future
  • All fees will be clearly disclosed before transactions
  • Refunds are generally not available for blockchain transactions
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Xscore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

  • You retain ownership of your Twitter profile data
  • You grant us a license to use your data for service provision
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you submit
  • NFTs created may incorporate public Twitter data
